1. Introduction

Welcome to Nouveau Hospitality Group LLC.: DBA KellyStyleCo.
We provide professional esthetic services, personalized beauty lessons, skincare consultations, business consulting for beauty professionals, educational content, and product recommendations.

Your use of our Services signifies your agreement to operate in compliance with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Communications

By booking with KellyStyleCo or joining our email list, you agree to receive relevant communications such as confirmations, reminders, updates, and promotional messages.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.

Appointment reminders are considered transactional and may still be sent.

3. Payment & Billing

For all in-person services, virtual consults, and on-location beauty lessons:

Payment is due in full 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Payments are refundable only if:
- KellyStyleCo cancels the appointment, or
- An event outside either party’s control occurs (emergencies, illness, weather, etc.)

You may be required to provide billing information to secure your booking. All billing details must be accurate and up to date.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Because each appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you:

Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Appointments may be rescheduled once, with at least 24 hours’ notice, based on availability.
Missed appointments will be considered a cancellation.

5. Services & Results

KellyStyleCo provides:

Hydrafacials
Microneedling
Chemical Peels
Consult + Same Day Treatments
Virtual Skincare Consults
Personalized Beauty Lessons (on-location)
Business Consulting for Beauty Professionals
Product recommendations

Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
By booking, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for sharing any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or contraindications.
You consent to the recommended treatment or guidance.
You understand that skincare and beauty results require consistency and proper aftercare.

6. On-Location Appointments

For beauty lessons or services performed in your home:

The environment must be clean, safe, and appropriate for set-up.
Travel fees may apply outside of a 30-minute radius from Charlotte, NC.
KellyStyleCo reserves the right to decline unsafe or unsanitary conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All educational content, routines, techniques, videos, images, and written material created by KellyStyleCo are the exclusive property of Kelly Farrell Teague.

You may not copy, duplicate, resell, share, or distribute any proprietary material without written permission.

8. Links & Product Recommendations

KellyStyleCo may provide links to third-party websites such as LTK, Amazon, or professional skincare retailers.

We are not responsible for:

The quality or accuracy of third-party products
Shipping, delays, or damages
External website privacy practices

Always review third-party terms before purchasing.

9. Termination of Services

KellyStyleCo may refuse or discontinue service at any time, including but not limited to:

Unsafe behavior or environments
Harassment or inappropriate conduct
Failure to pay
Violation of these Terms

10. Indemnification

By booking or using our Services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless KellyStyleCo and its owner from any claims, liabilities, or losses arising from:

Your use of services
Failure to disclose medical information
Misuse of product recommendations
Violation of these Terms

11. Limitation of Liability

KellyStyleCo is not liable for:

Allergic reactions
Treatment outcomes
Product reactions
Missed expectations of results
Damages resulting from following advice without proper disclosure

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your booked service.

12. No Guarantees or Warranties

All treatments, consults, and recommendations are provided “as is” based on professional expertise.

KellyStyleCo makes no guarantee of specific results, timeframes, or outcomes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
